-12 strawberries, hulled and rinsed
-half a cup water
-half a cup honey – raw

Method Of Preparation:

In one saucepan bring water and honey to boil, and stir until the honey is dissolved and after that leave it cool completely. Then, preheat your oven to two hundred degrees. Slice the strawberries lengthwise and try to slice them as thinly as you can. After that, dip the slices of strawberries in cooled syrup and then you should lay them on baking sheet that is lined with parchment. You should bake them on lower temperature till they completely dry out, for about two hours.

When they will dry, take the strawberries out and place them on one cooling rack.
