Mixture Of Three Ingredients To Relieve Joint Pain

Peppermint tea


Make a mixture of:


  • 14 of leaves dry or fresh peppermint,
  • 1 tablespoon of dry cypress and
  • 1 lemon with a peel which is cut in small pieces.

Pour 1.6 liter of cold water in the whole mixture and let it stay like that during the night and in the morning strain it.

Squeeze the herbs and the lemon through gauze so the fluid comes out and then throw them in the garbage. Put the resulting mixture in a bottle.

Drink one cup of this mixture 3 times a day.

Coating of common comfrey for the pain in the joints

Put boiled leaves of common comfrey on the painful spot and cover it with fabric. Repeat this procedure until the pain is gone.

Chamomile oil


Necessary ingredients:


  • Fresh chamomile flowers -- 1 bulb
  • Olive oil ( cold and pressed) -- 1 liter

Put the chamomile flowers in a jar and pour them over with olive oil. Close the jar tightly and let it stay like that for 14 days in a warm place or directly on the sunlight.

After 14 days stain it and massage your painful spots with this oil several times during the day.
