How To Make Natural Deodorant And Avoid Breast Cancer and Other Serious Illnesses

I have to tell you about the way we can make environmentally friendly, absolutely natural and what is most important – useful,  eco -- deodorant stick. Useful -- because it does not clog pores, does not poison our body with chemicals as do many cosmetics we purchase.

Have you ever imagined what’s the damage of deodorants and antiperspirants?

In the beginning, they are applied in the shaving fields, and the absorption through the body is much faster and stronger in comparison with that which enters into our body through the mouth.

You can make an experiment: rub the soles with a slashed prices of garlic. Within a few minutes, you will feel the taste of garlic in your mouth. So we have to have all the information for what we apply on the skin and use all purchased assets with caution.

The presence of aluminum salts and parabens in deodorants and antiperspirants’ composition increases the risk of breast cancer and other malignancies .. Some researches have indicated that this metal can be neurotoxic or can have harmful effect on renal function.

The introduction of aluminum in science was also connected to a kind of dementia -- Alzheimer’s disease.

Antiperspirants block sweat glands. To keep it simple, sweat does not come out the body. That is why they are “respected”, but in vain. Because along with the sweat, toxins are eliminated from the body.

By blocking the sweat glands, they do not leave the body to cleanse. Of course, the smell of sweaty armpits is not pleasant. However, thirty years ago it was considered normal and no one was too worried about this issue.

Because sweating is -- normal function of our body, which serves a particular purpose. And we have this function “turned off”.

Everyone, of course, has the right to choose on their own. Industrial deodorants and antiperspirants increasingly induce caution among people who are not indifferent to their health. Perhaps this is the reason why, natural deodorants made with one’s own hands, are lately becoming increasingly popular.

Despite the simplicity of preparation and availability of the ingredients, hand-made deodorants are not inferior to the purchased ones for its efficiency, they certainly eliminate the smell of sweat from morning till night. In addition, they absolutely do not have any negative impact on our body.

I suggest you an absolutely natural and environmentally friendly domestic deodorant.

To prepare this deodorant you will need:

  • Beeswax -- 10 gr
  •  Coconut oil (butter) -- 40 gr (sold in health food stores)
  •  Baking soda -- 40 g (2 packs per 20g)
  •  Corn starch -- 20 gr
  •  Essential oils -- 25 drops

Preparation is very fast, it is essential that all the ingredients are ready in time. Ingredients are calculated from the budget of a package of a deodorant stick 45 gr in sale. You can make a larger quantity and pour it into silicone molds.

I used lavender oil, which was left after making homemade gel for washing, a natural freshener for home and a natural freshener for the toilet. It has excellent odor and antibacterial properties.

You can use any other essential oils, it all depends on your taste. For instance, if you add the essential oils of orange, grapefruit and lemon (per  7-8 drops of each), you will receive a deodorant with fantastic citrus scent.

You can try tea tree oil – it has a fantastic scent, and possesses antibacterial, antifungal and antiviral effect. The choice is yours .. So,

  • Put the wax to dissolve in water vapor. I hope there is no need to explain all the benefits and healing properties of beeswax.
  •  When the wax melts (and it is very fast), add coconut oil (from the refrigerator).Stir.

Coconut oil (butter) has a melting point of approximately the temperature of the human body, which makes the deodorant easy to apply.

Coconut oil has antiviral and antibacterial effect so it is a very successful agent against various infections. Coconut oil kills viruses that cause measles, influenza, herpes, hepatitis, SARS, etc. , Helps in the treatment of various skin diseases such as psoriasis, dermatitis, eczema and other skin infections.

  •  Add corn starch into the molten mixture, which is able to quickly absorb moisture excreted by the sweat glands. So that skin armpits remain dry for a long time. Stir the mixture.
  •  Add the baking soda. Baking soda destroys bacteria that cause bad body odor.
  •  Add your favorite essential oil and stir again.
  •  Put the mixture carefully into a prepared pack of old deodorant, previously washed and disinfected with alcohol or put it in a silicone mold. I’ve done both.
  •  Close the lid and leave in the fridge for a few hours.
  •  Your homework and natural deodorant is ready for use!

Keep the deodorant in the refrigerator. Do not be confused by the solid form of the deodorant (it is until it comes in contact with your body).

As I have already stated, coconut oil (butter) has a melting temperature equal to body temperature. The natural deodorant does not leave stains on clothes and does not prevent the natural process of perspiration.
