  • 300gr Ginger root
  • Excellent local brandy
  •  2 tablespoons honey
  •  Juice of 1 lemon
  •  Glass jar of 1 l.

Prepare

Wash the ginger root well. Peel it and cut it into small slices.

Put the slices of ginger in a pot and pour the brandy over them (2/3 jar).
Close the lid and leave it in a warm place for 14 days. From time to time, shake the jar.

After this period, strain the tincture, add honey, lemon juice and stir.

Take per 1 teaspoon, three times a day before meals.
