Ancient Lemon& Garlic Tibetan Remedy to Lower Triglycerides and High Cholesterol – Highly Effective

The recipe for this Tibetan medicine was found in an old Tibetan monastery, inscribed on clay tablets.

It is assumed that it was written before more than 2000 years and it is used against triglycerides, cholesterol and lime deposits in blood vessels, as well as for long life.

In addition to its ability to successfully cleanse the blood vessels, this old Tibetan medicine improves the elasticity of blood vessels (prevents their cracking and thus the flow of blood as well), prevents heart attacks, brain and angina pectoris.

Moreover, it prevents the formation of tumors, improves eyesight and rejuvenates the body.

Tibetan recipe (garlic and lemon)

Preparation: 300 grams of garlic and 1 kilogram unpeeled lemon, finely grind.

Put 1.5 liters of water to boil and then reduce the heat and add the grind garlic and lemon, and close the pot.

Exclusively on low heat, boil this mixture for 14-15 minutes (not longer than that). Then remove the pot from heat and leave it to cool.

The Tibetan medicine is done and should be poured and kept in a covered glass container (jar).

Take 50ml of this medicine on an empty stomach every morning, for 25 days. After that, be sure to make a break of 10 days and then repeat the process until the improvement of the health situation. Then stop using it.

Note: strictly take the daily dose and make 10- day breaks between the two treatments.

You should not take it after being healed, only if there is a deterioration in the health status.

Healthy people who decide to take this medication in order to improve the general condition of their body should apply only one to two treatments per year, twice per 25 days with an interval of 6 months.

Tibetan tea for longevity
(Ginger, lemon, honey, pepper and anise)

Boil 2 liters of water for 5 minutes, then cool it. When cold, add 5 grams of grated ginger, 2 tablespoons lemon juice, 2 tablespoons honey, 1 pinch of chili peppers and 1 pinch of anise.

Drink the Tibetan tea in small sips throughout the day or even better, 1 cup before each meal.

The made quantity of 2 liters of tea is enough for three people.
