-1/8 cup of dates, chopped
-1/8 cup of raw cacao powder
-1/8 cup of slivered raw almonds
-One drop of vanilla or almond extract
-One teaspoon of cinnamon
-1/8 cup of pecans, chopped into tiny pieces
-1/3 cup of coconut oil, melted
-Optional ingredients: cacao nibs, coconut flakes and greater amount of cinnamon


Put the coconut oil in a bowl or another container and then add the cacao powder and the cinnamon to it. Mix well.

Put the mixture into a sheet for baking cookies and cover it with wax paper.

Dust the dates, the pecans, the cacao nibs and the almonds over the mixture.
