Why You Should Use Apple Cider Vinegar to Lose Weight, Reduce Cholesterol and Control Blood Sugar Levels

This person might want to keep reading. It doesn’t always take magic to cure health problems, and as a matter of fact many health issues require only simple natural ingredients to make things better, not the complex medicines that are marketed by large and highly profitable pharmaceutical companies. Before you try complex medications, try to swap them with natural supplementation, and today our main focus is on the health benefits of ACV for lowering cholesterol, lowering blood sugar levels and weight loss.
Which Type of ACV to Use
Before I elaborate more about how ACV can contribute to these aspects of your health, it is important to choose the right type of ACV to get the best results. Getting ACV in Your Diet
Using ACV is one of the 70 habits featured in my e-book 70 Powerful Habits For A Great Health which will guide you how to take positive steps to improve your wellness and overall health. But first of all, there is no real established daily dosage of ACV due to the lack of research. Many people prefer ingesting approximately 1-2 tablespoons per day mixed in a large glass of water or beverage and drink it along with their meals once or twice a day. Don’t consume undiluted ACV as it could harm your tooth enamel and your esophagus. You can also mix it with other ingredients to form a salad dressing.
Consuming ACV in (normal) food amounts is likely safe, but in some cases consuming a big amount of ACV is not recommended. Consuming large amount of ACV on a daily basis for a long-term might lead to problems such as low potassium levels and lower bone density. Also ACV may interact with certain medications, such as diuretics, medicines for diabetes and heart disease, so if you take medications and intend to use ACV on a daily basis for a long term, make sure to consult with your doctor first.
