Here is the recipe:
-1 glass of water (12-16 oz.)
-2 Tbsp. Apple Cider Vinegar
-2 Tbsp. lemon juice
-1 tsp. cinnamon
-1 Tbsp. Raw Honey
Just blend all ingredients together. Take the drink every morning on an empty stomach. Since it is not that hard to prepare, make a fresh supply every morning once you wake up and drink it before you do anything else. The results are amazing!
