Honey Ginger Cinnamon TEA – RECIPE:
- thumb-sized piece of fresh ginger
- 2 tablespoons of freshly squeezed lemon juice
- 1 stick of Ceylon cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon of raw organic honey
- 1 ½ cup of filtered water
Here’s what you need to do – first, you need to put the water in a small saucepan and heat on medium heat. While you wait for the water to boil, you can chop the ginger. When the water starts to boil, you need to add the chopped ginger to the saucepan. Reduce the heat on low and wait until it starts to simmer.
