A homemade drink for your migraine

Boil the water. When bubbling , add the ginger. Lower the heat and let it simmer for 5 minutes. Press the ginger so that you get as much liquid out as possible. Then put the bowl in a cold bath or set it in the fridge until it reaches room temperature.

Add the sparkling water to the ginger juice and then add the lime juice and honey.

Some studies have proven that ginger has anti-inflammatory properties, that reduce pain in the muscles, back and migraine.

There are some other ways to use ginger in order to relieve migraine.

Crush fresh ginger and boil it in water. Drink this beverage warm whenever you feel pain. You can also inhale the steam of the boiling water.

Ginger paste is used as a healer as well. You can make this paste by mixing dry ginger powder and warm water. Apply this paste on your forehead and massage it.
