Horseradish, Ginger, Lemon… Remove Belly Fat In Three Weeks

You will need the following ingredients:

  • 130 g fresh horseradish
  • 3 organic lemons
  • 4 tablespoons of honey
  • 2 tablespoons ofground cinnamon
  • 2 cm of fresh ginger root


First, clean the horseradish and ginger (peel) and put in food processor or blender. Add lemon, but if you do not use organic than squeeze the juice only. Then add the cinnamon and honey.
All mix well and pour into a clean jar, close and leave in the fridge.
Take one spoon in the morning on an empty stomach and in the evening, for three weeks.
